YES, Breakfast is included in the rate. There are no extra hidden fees. A fresh breakfast with hot and cold options is prepared and served poolside daily to all guests.

The maximum number of guests per suite is two people, which means there's a maximum of four guests on property at any given time.

What is the cancellation policy?

We have recently relaxed our cancellation policy to account for COVID related travel restrictions. SPECIAL COVID RELATED CANCELLATION POLICY in effect as of December 2020: Should the guest not be able to travel due to covid-related travel restrictions to change in testing policy, or due to illness, a full refund will be made, as long as 7 days notice of first day of the reservation, is given to Noah's Hideaway. If notice of above circumstances is given WITHIN 7 days notice, a full credit toward a future reservation shall be given.

Which guest suite is better?

Both suites offer the same level of luxury, privacy, and comfort. They are the same size but have different layouts. Our Koa suite offers 1 master bedroom with king size bed, an integrated sitting area with banquette in the master bedroom, and 1 ensuite spa inspired bathroom with soaker bath tub and rain shower. It also contains tile flooring throughout the suite, golf course and neighbor island view, private patio with seating, and Sonos Sound system, Nespresso coffee machine, and mini fridge. The Eucalypt Suite offers 1 master bedroom with king size bed,  1 modern ensuite bathroom with a shower (no tub) and 1 bonus living area, which is separate from master bedroom, for lounging (with sofa bed). It also comes with Brazilian hardwood flooring, garden view, private patio with seating, and Sonos sound system, Nespresso coffee machine, ice machine, and mini fridge.

What are the current COVID testing requirements?

Current info on Maui County COVID testing requirements can be found on our website. Here is some advice from a recent guest of Noah's Hideaway who travelled to Maui from East Coast. It seemed the hardest part of visiting Mike in Maui was finding a place to get tested. After searching through Maui's testing partners, it seemed the only ones that could guarantee meeting the 72 hour window were a few hours drive away from here. I decided to take the chance and go through Let's Get Checked, the company that American Airlines recommends. The cost was $140 for the test kit and was simple enough to follow. You don't activate the kit online until you are in the timeframe of 72 hours for flying, you then zoom with an instructor who walks you through the tests and observes you swabbing yourself. Package is picked up by USPS or dropped off at the USPS store and sent out to labs by overnight delivery. I got a notice of when the package arrived and received my results 13 hours later. Plenty of time before my flight. I had checked with the airlines to ensure that I could postpone my trip free of charge if I hadn't received my results in time, but that was not necessary. I did however, postpone my testing and flight by one day due to a snowstorm that happened on the day I was to test. USPS could not verify my package would be sent out during the storm so I postpone by one day.  As for COVID, I felt relatively safe going through the airport and flying, felt much safer in Maui than here, numbers of infections much lower and people were very good about wearing masks and social distancing.
